Last weekend was so fun, we went to the DMOA, there is an amazing exhibit there which I highly recommend to anyone that lives in the area. Then we went to Big Shucks in Dallas. It is one of my favorite places for seafood, and it is perfect for kids because it has a huge outdoor patio and a lobster tank inside, which Dawson loves. The boys had a lot of fun seeing Grandma and Grandpa.
Kate mentioned looking at baby pictures of me recently and the resemblance she saw in River and myself. While obviously I have seen my baby pictures before, I haven't pulled them out for a while. I was totally blown away. Every feature including hairstyle is exactly like me (I did have red hair and brown eyes, which is the only difference really). I showed them to David and he was like Oh my Gosh, that's River. We even tricked Dawson, when we showed him one of the pictures, he said it was River. David is scanning them into the computer, and then I will post them.
Dawson has been doing good at school, he loves it. He has thrown up his peanut butter sandwich two days in a row though, his gag reflex is so bad. He won't eat anything else and so I don't really know what to do. Sometimes he goes through these throw up phases, hopefully this one will pass soon.
River decided to stuff a chocolate chip in his ear yesterday. It was so gross. His whole ear was brown. I had to wait till his bath and then use a cut-tip to get it out, Dawson was completely disgusted by the whole thing.

HAHAHAHAHA... I wish I could have seen Dawson getting sicked out by the chocolate chip debacle. I LOVE IT.
I love YOU and I miss your face.
River- you silly boy! Can't wait to play with you.
What is the exhibit you went to at the DMOA? Give the boys big hugs from me. (And one for yourself too.)
The art of Sara and Gerald Murphy. It was really neat to see personal artifacts from their lives. They were friends with F. Scott Fitzgerald, Pablo Picasso, Ernest Hemingway and others. They had home movies on the beach with Picasso and many of his paintings. Tragedy hit their lives and they were deeply in love. It was a really great exhibit, but I think it will be gone soon.

Can't wait to see the look-a-like photos! You are a blogging machine. I was out of it for awhile but I think I'm back...
