Yesterday was a really special day. The closets at Children's Medical opened and the kids there were so excited. Cry's foundation is an amazing gift to seriously ill children. Yesterday was her angel day. I can't believe that a year has gone by since she passed, the opening of the closets was the most fitting tribute. Dawson lost a favorite friend and cousin but he still remembers her. ARD update: River had his ARD yesterday morning to officially be entered in to the PPCD program. I am hopeful and there are some good plans in place.
My job update: I am going to be the academic coordinator at my school next year and I will officially be a part of the administrative team. One more step closer to where I want to be and great on the job training. I will be responsible for the 504/at-risk kids and so I won't be teaching.

Thanks, I am really excited about this opportunity. I could go be an AP in another district now but I really want to stay where I am at even though there are a few more hoops to jump through!

I saw your link on Joni's blog. I looked through your blog a little and can't believe how much time has passed in life. You look great Julia. Your boys are very cute. I am so impressed with your work and getting your masters. That's a lot of work. I don't know all the details for life this last year, but I am sorry it's been hard.
