Potty!!!

The big thing going on here is that River is potty training at full force! He sleeps all night (10 hours) without having an accident! I am so happy!!!!! He is really proud of himself too. I thought I would post his 3 school pictures, I sent out at least one of them to everyone in the family. I have been changing diapers for 6 years now, I am ready to be done!

There are actually quite a few tall kids in Dawson's class, I cropped out the names for security. I certainly was not surprised to see him on the top row! We are enjoying our spring break so far. Everyone at my school, teachers and students needed it!!!!! Dawson's favorite friends are Alex, Chad and Kendall (girl). Dawson is enjoying playing with his cousins, especially Julian. River has a lot of David's little kid personality traits, he is really shy, always wants his hands to be clean, wants his shirt/pants/shoes to on correctly and smoothly, and he's #1 student at his school!! He's really funny too!

I can't believe it is March already

Here are some pictures from Dawson's B-day celebration part 2 in Austin. We went to Phil's Ice House/Amy's Ice cream. It has to be one of my favorite places to eat in Austin!!! :)

Dawson has new shoes again, the last pair lasted about 6 weeks. I got him some cool converse shoes that were on sale...we'll see how long they last! He has such long feet, sometimes I feel like Dawson is growing before my eyes, he is so huge! He likes classify things as boring now when he doesn't want to do something. Dawson is talking a lot about God, Jesus and Alexa lately. He is also really interested in bodies, blood and bones. He is really excited for Easter and doing a hunt for eggs.

River is obsessed with Thomas, he has a book that Kelly gave Dawson a few years ago for Christmas that he carries around everywhere, along with the trains. He also is still into Batman and sword fighting. He is really cute!

One of my midterms is this week, I am glad because it means I am half-way done with the semester. I am so tired and really ready for a break!
